Tusen Takk Foundation

Facilitating an international artist residency in rural Michigan.

Bringing experience in non-profit art administration and artist residencies, Co-Founder Maggie Pavão supported the launch of the Tusen Takk Foundation’s international artist-in-residence program on Michigan’s Leelanau Peninsula. From 2020 to 2025, Maggie managed the program, attracting artists from across the globe and developing programming, including talks, exhibitions, and workshops, to engage regional audiences.
